BAKED CRANBERRIES BUFFET
Sugar Free
Yield: 12-14 Servings

2-12 ounce packages Ocean Spray® cranberries
2 ½ teaspoons (10 packets) Splenda®
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 2 packets (1/2 teaspoon) Splenda®
2 oranges sliced on the round and again into halves for decoration
10 X 13 X 3 inch baking pan

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Rinse cranberries in a colander, discarding any that are soft or blemished.
3. Toss the berries with the Splenda, ginger, and orange juice and fill the pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture lightly over the top.
4. Bake 30 minutes, or until soft and bubbly.
5. Arrange the orange slices over the top to serve.
