BAKED CRANBERRIES BUFFET

Yield: 12-14 Servings
2-12 ounce packages Ocean Spray® cranberries
2 ½ teaspoons (10 packets) Splenda®
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 2 packets (1/2 teaspoon) Splenda®
2 oranges sliced on the round and again into halves for decoration
10 X 13 X 3 inch baking pan

Preheat oven to 350°F. |

Rinse cranberries in a colander, discarding any that are soft or blemished. |

Toss the berries with the Splenda, ginger, and orange juice and fill the pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture lightly over the top. |

Bake 30 minutes, or until soft and bubbly. |

Arrange the orange slices over the top to serve. |
