6 pound boneless cooked ham
14 whole cloves
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
10 ounce jar Crosse & Blackwell® Ham Glaze
6 ounce can pineapple juice
1 whole fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
||Preheat oven to 325˚.
||Stud the ham all over with the cloves and set into a shallow dish.
||Mix together remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Pour half of the mixture over the ham and bake 45 minutes, basting and adding more as needed. Add half the pineapple cubes to the pan and roast another 15 minutes.
||Remove ham to a serving platter. Decorate the top with reserved pineapple cubes. Spoon cooked pineapple cubes around. Combine gravy from the pan with reserved mixture and bring to a boil. Pour over all and serve.
